Return Policy

At Handy Gizmos, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.

To return or exchange an item, you will need to request for a copy of our return form. In the appropriate section on the return form, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken: replace merchandise or refund purchase price. Place the return form in a box with the merchandise.

Use the mail carrier most convenient for you, and send the merchandise to the following address, where your return will be processed according to your instructions:

Be sure to add delivery confirmation/tracking to your postage to ensure that we receive the merchandise. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
